1 General Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the rabjee platform and all related services. By using the website or mobile application, you are considered to have agreed to all parts of these Terms.

rabjee is an online gaming and betting platform that provides slots, live casino, cricket betting and other gaming services for users in Bangladesh. Full details about the service, its mission and the platform can be found on the About Us page.

These Terms are drawn up in accordance with the laws and regulations applicable in Bangladesh and define the rights and responsibilities of both the user and rabjee. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity, this original Bengali-language version shall be considered final.

2 Scope of Service and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

All rabjee services are available only to persons aged 21 or above. By registering, the user confirms through the information provided that they are at least 21 years old. Providing false information about age will result in immediate account closure, and all funds held may be forfeited.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

rabjee primarily serves users in Bangladesh. Access to the platform may be restricted or prohibited from certain countries or regions. Users are responsible for ensuring that using this service from their location does not violate their local laws.

2.3 Multiple Account Prohibition

Each individual is permitted only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all accounts will be permanently closed and any associated bonuses will be cancelled.

3 Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

To use the service, users must complete registration with accurate and complete information. The name, mobile number, date of birth and payment method details provided at registration must be consistent with each other and genuine.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

rabjee may request a National ID (NID), passport or other documents for identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until verification is complete. Providing false documents will result in permanent account closure.

3.3 Account Security

Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials (username and password) confidential. Sharing login details with others is strictly prohibited. If unauthorised access to an account is suspected, the rabjee support team must be notified immediately. rabjee will not be liable for losses caused by third parties.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Deposits on rabjee can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit for each method is ৳300. There is no maximum deposit fee — however, your own bank's standard charges may apply for bank transfers.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

The same methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer — can be used for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be processed.

4.3 Third-Party Payments

Depositing or withdrawing using a payment account not registered in your own name is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the transaction will be cancelled and the account may be suspended.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on rabjee are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Transactions in cryptocurrency or any other foreign currency are not supported.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,000, making the total balance ৳2,000, and to withdraw the bonus the wagering requirement will be ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000.

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — winnings earned from the bonus can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been met.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• The specific wagering requirement for each bonus must be met.
• If the bonus funds are used to play games other than those specified, the wagering calculation may differ.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts or fraudulent means will result in bonus cancellation.
• If a bonus offer expires, it will be automatically cancelled.
• rabjee reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus offer.

5.3 VIP Cashback

rabjee's VIP programme has 5 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Weekly cashback is available at each tier — for example, a Gold tier member with a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 will receive a maximum cashback of ৳140 (৳20,000 × 0.7%). Cashback is a fixed percentage of the weekly net loss and is not a deposit.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

Once confirmed, a bet generally cannot be changed or cancelled. However, rabjee reserves the right to cancel bets in the event of a technical error, event cancellation or other unavoidable circumstances, in which case the original stake will be refunded.

6.2 Erroneous Odds or Payouts

If odds or payouts displayed due to a technical error or incorrect information are clearly abnormal, rabjee reserves the right to cancel or correct those bets. No liability to pay out will exist in such circumstances.

6.3 System Interruptions

If a game is interrupted mid-session due to server or network issues, rabjee will attempt to recover the game result where possible. If recovery is not possible, the stake will be refunded.

6.4 RTP and Game Statistics

The RTP (Return to Player) for slots and casino games available on rabjee can be viewed in each game's information section. RTP is a long-term mathematical average — it does not guarantee winnings in any single session.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on rabjee:

• Artificial betting or collusion intended to gain unfair advantage from bonuses or promotions.
• Account hacking, phishing or any other form of technical fraud.
• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to conduct gaming or betting.
• Attempting unauthorised access to rabjee's systems or infrastructure.
• Harassment, intimidation or abusive behaviour towards other users.
• Creating or operating an account using a false identity or false information.

If evidence of any of the above activities is found, the account will be permanently closed and legal action may be taken if necessary.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure at the User's Request

Any user may close their account voluntarily. In that case, the bonus amount will be deducted from the total balance and the remaining funds will be returned via the designated method. Account closure requests can be made via 24/7 live chat or email.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by rabjee

rabjee reserves the right to suspend or close any account for the following reasons:

• Breach of any part of these Terms.
• Failure to submit identity verification documents.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Instructions from a legal or regulatory authority.

In such cases, the user will be informed via email or live chat and given the opportunity to raise an objection.

9 Limitation of Liability

rabjee strives to provide the safest and most reliable service possible. However, rabjee's liability is limited in the following circumstances:

• Loss caused by loss of internet connection or device-related issues.
• Delays or failures caused by a third-party payment provider.
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, cyber attacks, etc.).
• The user's own negligence or failure to protect their information.

10 Privacy and Data Protection

rabjee uses SSL encryption to keep all transactions and personal data secure. User data is not sold or provided to any third party for commercial purposes. However, data may need to be provided to authorities under legal obligations.

11 Responsible Gaming

rabjee believes that gaming is a form of entertainment — not a source of income. We encourage users to play within their limits and keep their gaming under control.

Continuing to use the platform after updated Terms have been published will be taken as the user's agreement to the new Terms. If a user does not agree to the Terms, they may request that their account be closed.

If any part of these Terms conflicts with applicable law in Bangladesh, that part will be removed — but the remaining parts will remain fully in effect. Any disputes relating to the Terms will be resolved through dialogue wherever possible.
